It's not fake. Could be an error though. In any case they'd open ur file on the next working day.

Can you please explain to me further my BF'd? See, my medical request is dated March 16 and I was given 90 days to complete it. As understood by your bf'd explanation...June 14 will be my next bf'd...am I right?..that is counting 90 days from March 16. Do you mean to say that they will only touch my file on that bf date inspite of completing all requuired docs/meds earlier than 90 days?

Will the file be 'only' looked at a BF'D?

No. If something like reports, results, documents etc. [eg. background/security checks] comes to the CHC in between, your file gets opened and assessed. However, if nothing is received in between, you get another BF'D. Note once again: If they are waiting for something and it comes as expected then the file continues to be processed further, if not then the file will be next reviewed on the BFD 'only'.

An Example
Every time we get a letter/email from the CHC -it carries a 'time limit' to submit something, right? Say 45 days, 60 days or 90 days... the ending day of that time limit is our next BF'D. As an example, if the CHC sent you a medical request [alongwith the forms] on 02 Jan 2010; and it carries a 60 day's deadline -it means your file has been marked with the next BF'D of 01 Mar 2010.

However, if your medical results are received before the BF'D [01 Mar 2010], say on 05 Feb 2010 -your file will be further processed on that day itself [05 Feb 2010]. If the med results didn't come by earlier, then it will be opened on 01 Mar 2010 -the BF'D day.

dear qorax plz help me.
i applied for PR under PNP category in CIC london.they received my application on 20 nov 2011.then on 22 march 2012 i received an email from cic to submit few docs such as establishmnt plan,my bank statemnt,updated job offer letter n ielts results.they receive these docs on 16 may 2012.but since then i dnt hear anythng frm them n my ecas status is still showing Application received.now abt 10 days ago my address reappear on my ecas status.can u plz tell me when approx. i will receive my Medicals bcz its getting too long.
and secondly the address appeared on my ecas is incomplete.so should i contact cic to ask them to correct it???your reply will be appreciated.

if someone's file is almost 100% ok and clear, will they still be putting the file for BFD's, one after another??? and if yes, why is that? and how many BFD's one applicant might get if file is 100% convincing before they ask medical??? your reply will be appreciated.

Can you please explain to me as i received remedial letter dated 8 may ,but i received letter on 25 may so i did my sputum test on 31 may and the result will get on 30 july after 2 months. but my BF'D ended on 8 august. if my reports with sputum test and CXR report reached after 8 august will they consider my applicatAs myion for PR. See, my medical request is dated 8 May and I was given 90 days to complete it. As understood by your bf'd explanation...8 aug will be my next bf'd...am I right?..that is counting 90 days from 8 May.

i already send NDVO intimation letter for my sputum test on 10 june that i did my this test on 31 may will this letter help me.
i am very much afraid please help me .

Sputum test report are available on next day only...where did u send ur sputum test...some specific lab
i think sputum test can be done at any primary health center
