What is a completed application for ircc ?

Hello , I have some questions , I saw on ircc that every applications submitted before 15MAY will be answered, but here’s the thing I submitted my application the 15MAY exactly and i did biometrics appointment the 1st June.
So which date is the completed application ?
Do you think I will have an answer between 6 and 11 may ?
I had two ghost updated as well

Did you submit your medical too? A complete application includes biometrics and medical along with your other usual documents.

You have to do upfront medical to be considered a complete application.

I’m doing the application from france and it’s a on liste of country that doesn’t require a medical exam and I never received any mail who talk about medical exam

Then you don't need to worry about it, but from what I understand you submitted your application on 15 May but biometrics was done on June 1 right? Unfortunately, from what I know, it won't count as a complete application. But still you may get your decision relatively quickly since you applied from France.

Yes it’s correct , But Why it doesn’t count as completed application , I did and gave everything they wanted ??

I don't know why, but that's what it says on the IRCC website. I know it's ridiculous, but their promise of decision by August 6 only applies to those application. This does not mean that you can't get a decision by then, especially since your application is likely being processed in a place where there isn't a huge backlog or is understaffed like India.

You didnt do biometric, but you submitted your application on the last day… so it is incomplete. Hope they can fasttrack, VO can be flexible too.

What do you mean between 6-15MAY? It is JULY now, or you mean May next year??

okay i see ,it doesn’t has to be before the 6th august , I just want to be sure if I will receive any answers around the 6 the august, well thank you anyway you answer to my question
