What IRCC exactly asks when you put International Work Experience?

Basically the title^, I wanted to know what level and set of documents are required, If anyone can help would be really appreciated.

mandatory: reference letter from employer with job duties, position and salary
Optional: pay stubs, tax returns whatever it takes to prove that you worked for that employer
