yes you will get 50 points even if your LMIA has expired but you are on closed work permit and you have job offer which is valid for more than 1 year I belong to above category my lmia was expired when i filled my pr application but wp was valid and had unconditional job offer probably new...

you should definitely get it evaluated and if they will give you equivalency of 1 year Canadian undergraduate certificate/diploma then you can claim point.

take a chill pill, go outside and apply for PRTD. you can also come back to Canada if you have any valid TRV even if you have PR.

dont decline it , file pr after you complete 1 year ie anytime after october 2nd 2023 and before november 26,2023. i had a similar case. got pr recently. 1 year anniversary was april 6th but got ITA in march. I applied for PR in May
