What if I switch my job following submission of PR application

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for all the help till date.

I have shown work experience of three years from previous organization and 2 years experience of current organization (both were in India) in PR application (submitted 1.5 months back).

I am thinking of switching job now. My queries are:
1. Do I need to inform the IRCC about it? If yes then how? (Please share the links if you have any)
2. Would you effect the processing of the application ? (like possible delay or rejection)
3. Would I need to furnish the documents of the new organization? (If yes)

Thank you guys for the help. Please respond ASAP, It would be a great help.

If you have already submitted the application (not just EE profile), then you don't need to do anything.
If it is only profile (waiting for ITA), then change the current job to previous by adding an end date. That will be enough. Experience beyond 3 years makes no difference anyway.
