I know we have umpteen threads about it, but as I sit here waiting with the March mailing crowd, I had that thought.
Anyone know?
Thank you in advance.

When you get AOR is immaterial. All that matters is when your application was physically received by CIC.

The real worry, though, is that your application may be returned due to a minor mistake (or even a non-attentive reviewer), which may take a month or more and can even be lost in the mail. There is a risk that by the time you resubmit the application the new 4/6 rule is in place and hence your application will be rejected. You can't rule out this possibility until you receive your AOR. I'm in the same boat with you in this situation. All I want now is to get the AOR before the new rules are implemented so I don't have to wait for another year and a half to apply for citizenship.

Can I ask you a question pls ?

1-What will happen if you are sure that your file will return because you missed a signature on RES.CALC , as you know the new low will be implemented on June 19 , and CIC will send you back your file for in complete , when you send it back to them are they going to consider the first time sending date or the second time after completing the incomplete part ? Pls explain in details .

2- Can I re-send a new full application immediately instead of waiting the old one to be returned ? If yes can you tell me what to attach as a fee proof the old proof or need to do a new one ? Also in the part did you apply for citizenship before what to say yes or no ? And shall you attach a letter explaining why you did that or no ?

3- from your experience how long it takes them to send it back yo you for incomplet ?

Sorry I know the questions are to picky but I appriciate if you could give me a solution as you know the new law will timd frame is short and I just sent the application 3 days ago and yesterday I reliezed that I didn't sign the RES .CALC plus I need to travel for immergency of sick parent , I feel that there is 2 parallel highways in my mind I appriciate if you could help me with this and many thanks in advance .
