What happens after medicals have been received?

Hi friends,

I have got MR request, without asking for PCC and RPRF.
When I applied for FSW I submited PCC.
I have done the medicals and my status is: Medicals have been received.

What should I expect next?
RPRF or PPR or both? Any timeline?

I heve tree lines in my ECAS: application received in, we have started processing your application... , medicals have been received

Please let me know as I am worried what comes next
