What does it means "DECISION MADE" in my Permanent Residence Application Status

Hello,
They ask my entire Documents in the last month of processing time. I got DM on May 11,2019. Still waiting for passport request. As Per my consultant DM means application is approved, but it takes couple of weeks. Veryyyyy long wait honestly.

After how many days of dm u got ppr??

How long after the medical is done and received you'll get further correspondence? What would be the next step(finger prints/pcc)? asking for parents and grandparents program, applied in 2018 (I know its almost 2 years).

Right now in the status of application it says Decision made. But no updates on online account. Can anyone please tell me. Is it a good sign. How long to get online account updated after it says decision made in online status. Pls and thank you

Yes it is good sign
There is no fix time for it.
I got decision made 3 months ago but it is still showing in process in GCKEY account.

Yes , I have received Pre arrival.

I applied on 5th June 2020.
Decision made & Pre-arrival : 16th April 2021
Passport request : 19th July 2021

If I log in to CIC On line services

Under the Sponsorship Application Status, Its showing "IN PROCESS" and if i click it, It's showing

We received your application to sponsor on September 2, 2016.
We started processing your application on September 30, 2016.
We sent you correspondence on October 17, 2016 about the decision on your application.

But Under Permanent Residence Application Status, It's showing "DECISION MADE" and if I click it, It's Showing

We received application for permanent residence on September 2, 2016.
We started processing application on October 30, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

So please anyone help me what does it means?
Why only In PR Application status it's showing "DECISION MADE"?
Why Sponsorship Application Status is still in "IN PROCESS"?
How long does it takes to get my visa?

Please it will be a big help for me.
