What does it means "DECISION MADE" in my Permanent Residence Application Status

Hi Harul:
Have you received PPR? Which is your visa office? Did your consultant is a lawyer? What are his comments on DM. Expected outcome and timeline? Please updae.

Is your Consultant,an immigration lawer? What are his comments on possible outcome of "Decision Made" in ECAS and possible timeline. Please guide and reply.

Still waiting for PPR from 11 may2019. My consultant says it’s positive answer. But even after DM it’s tooo long wait. no patience left
 
Can anyone answer my questions..?

Timeline:
  1. We received your application to sponsor xxxx on April 8, 2019.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 2, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on May 1, 2019.
  4. May 6, 2019 decision made approved sponsorship
  5. We received xxxx application for permanent residence on April 8, 2019.
  6. We started processing xxxx application on May 23, 2019.
  7. We sent xxxx medical instructions and biometric instruction on May 7, 2019. (Medical exam and biometrics were completed May 17th)
  8. Medical results have been received. May 24th
  9. Pr application status desicion made May 24th
What does the decision made for the pr application mean? How soon will we get confirmation of permanent residency? Also may 8th it was sent from Sydney to Missasagua for further processing. Any information is appreciated
PA is my American husband and Sponsor is Canadian wife.
 
This is classic example of processing spousal Sponsorship in 6-1/2 weeks. I think either IRCC was in hurry or applicants were special. Any how congratulations on approval. This is world record. May IRCC treat all in same manner.

Your case is outstanding n speedy. DM means approved as per my consultant. It takes few weeks for PPR
 
Update we just got the ppr and going to send it off tomorrow. He is Visa exempt to we just need to send photocopies and new pictures of him.

Any idea how long it will take to get the confirmation of permanent residency now?
