I also have an exam on 27 for which i need passport is there anyway i can contact them and get it speeded up or submit later

Hi,
There usually is a 15 day deadline, if you cannot submit within that time frame you need to let your VO know. If you need it for that exam you mention then it is probably better for you to hold off until you know you can send it in without worry.
