What dates to put please?

I'm filling in forms and there are sections asking what I was doing in the last 10 years, or where I've been living etc.

Do I put today's date? A date in a month's time when I think we'll be ready to submit everything? The date we intend leaving the country we're in (we're expats)?

What did others do please?

The date when you validate your application and generate the barcode, probably.

Yes but really its the date you "sign" the documents. For us that was also the same date we sent everything in.
