Hi everyone, I was filling out form IMM5645e (family info) and noticed I didn’t put the date of sign in the sections for “no common-law partner” and “no children.” I don’t have either, so I left it blank. The form also couldn’t be signed, and I had read that it’s fine without a signature. In section D where it asks you to confirm the info, I did put the date of sign.
Do you think leaving it blank in those 2 signature dates could cause any problems?
