Recently i applied for study visa online from here (s.korea)only, for one canadian college for 2 years diploma in earlychildhood education.
I attached all the relevant documents according to the checklist provided by cic.but two days back, after 1.5 months of applying ,i got refusal.
i applied my study visa, with that i applied for my husband and two kids also.
i applied with following information:

Finance according to the cic guidelines

Now,as i am planning to re-apply next week,i am really in need of help in clearing all my doubts
Kindly help me in by giving your valuable inputs for which i will be highly obliged:

1.can i re-apply second time alone.i mean only for me not for hubby and kids
2. in reapplying, can i change my DLI no./ institue(as i got offer from university also)
3.how much time cic takes for declaring results for this application,as my batch is starting in September 2016 (I M IN REAL HURRY!)
4.is it necessary to show cic guided balance in my bank account for past 4 months.or if i transfer complete amount now in my account from my hubby account, will it be ok??
5.are there chances of getting visa approved in second go?
6. if i get visa, can my kids visa also, what are the chances of same?
7. can anyone wid the same profile can share their sop wid me on my email id:bhatnagar.chandni@gmail.com
8. will the visa officers will notice that earlier i applied wid dependents also and this time m applying alone?will it make any difference or wrong effect on my application?

Visa rejection reasons are:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:

immigration status in country of residence
employment prospects in country of residence
current employment situation
personal assets and financial status

2.For financial reasons:
Section 39: You are or will be unable or unwilling to support yourself or any other person who is
dependent on you, and have not satisfied an officer that adequate arrangements for care and support,
other that those that involve social assistance, have been made.

My husbands refusal reasons are:

1.You have not demonstrated that you come within the exceptions under section 186 of the regulations
exempting you from the requirement to obtain a work permit or that your employment in Canada comes
within the exceptions to section 203 of the regulations. As a result, your offer of employment must be the
subject of determination labour market impact assessment before a work permit can be issued to you.
Your employer in Canada should contact the local office of Service Canada to begin this process.

2.You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay.
In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
travel history
immigration status in country of residence

employment prospects in country of residence

personal assets and financial status

Pleaseeeeeeeeeee help me as soon as possible.because as i applied on my own and took offer letter from university on my own,no consultant in india or korea is ready to give to re apply for me or takeup my case.
