"WES has sent photocopies of your documents for verification both electronically and by standard postal mail to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Your WES file is on hold until we receive a written response from this institution."
What might be yhe reason for the second verification.
Can someone please advise when and what action can we take to get the verification successfully and receive WES report.
How much time does it takes for JNTU-H to receive documents from WES and send them back.
