Some times we also need to followup with the university academic / examination departments . It happend with me that after long wait i couldn't get any response so with severe difficulties had to get in touch with concerned person and then they informed me that i need to pay some fee as they are doing this service ,so had to prepare a DD and send it to university and then they gave response and after 15 days it got updated in WES profile ..
Hello . I did my MBA 2 years course from distance (alagappa university ) and WES considered it as Post graduate diploma 1 year ..
Status last updated: 5/6/2019.
My bachelor transcripts for 2nd review that were received last week are still in review, hopefully they'll accept them soon, especially since all other documenta are accepted. Really hope to get my ECA just before next draw, will definitely get an ITA...
Even if they accept your docs today, it will tale another 20 days to create evaluation report. So you might get your reports by end of May
Not sure if I am the only one or there are others who are in same boat as I am.

God knows how long will they take this time before starting the review of documents. Looking at the timelines posted by everyone, seems like it wont be before end of June.

God knows how long will they take this time before starting the review of documents. Looking at the timelines posted by everyone, seems like it wont be before end of June.
It takes almost 1 month to accept all documents and another 20 days to generate final evaluation report.
Created EE profile in Feb and I was in an assumption that I will get an ITA in FEb itself. Never thought that I had to wait for months with CRS 447.

Three Times Status Updated for reviewing Documents: 04/15/2019 , 04/18/2019 and 04/22/2019
Then Long for 16 days and got evaluation update on 5/7/2019 with
" Your Evalution is due for completion on 5/27/2019" .

Spouse's ECA is pending. Hopefully will get WES ECA report on May 14th which boosts up CRS to 455. Now patiently waiting for that.
Well, reading through most comments here, I must be in the worst situation!
On the onset, I did the mistake of having added my bachelors, diploma and masters degree for ECA instead of the highest degree which I realized post reading through your comments
1. Bachelors & Diploma - Christ College & St Josephs (Autonomous Colleges), India - An assessment was previously completed for WES USA, and the report transferred for WES Canada for current ECA application
2. Masters - Australia - Shared through Myequals
WES Application submitted and all document received - 19/3/2019
3 Status updates since then and the final update at 4/10/2019 - We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
I have reached out to WES multiple times over this period seeking an update but all I get is a generic reply. The current status has been 'Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review' but since then, no further updates. I was hoping since the US WES report was already completed in a very detailed manner for each credit, and the master degree was from Australia - the whole process will be faster. I'm not able to comprehend the delay or have no clue why the documents are not approved/results released. WES customer care has been no help at all. The most annoying part is that it's been 35 business days / 50 days since WES received all documents, but haven't been able to approve or process them. This has been the most inept service and often, I'm reminded why patience is/was a virtue.
