I have got my ICAI transcripts issued, but they are only sending it through DHL courier instead of India Post.

Is this an issue, since DHL is a private courier.

I also had a word with WES and they insisted me to ask the university to send it through India Post.

Please let me know what to do.?

Hey guys,
WES had asked me to resend transcripts of my first degree (which is already evaluated) in order to evaluate my second degree.

So I have to reach out to ignou Delhi and they consistently take 2 months to process and send the paperwork.

But. I have a copy of the transcripts from a few months ago at home. Can I just send that from the ignou address to WES?
I suppose the transcripts mentions the date of issuance, when you send the transcripts which is a few months old, WES will understand that old transcripts were sent.

The risk here is that if they mark u for doing fraud they may bar u from ever applying for any assessment from them ever again.

I believe it's fine sending in courier.Mine was sent through DHL and WES accepted it.
But make sure that senders name should be university address.

Evaluators in WES know that ICAI sends documents via DHL, however their customer care will respond to you with generic answers.

You won't have an issue if ICAI sends those docs via DHL.

Sending documents via DHL is not an issue. My documents also sent through DHL. WES will accept. If sent through India Post you wont be able to track it once it reaches out of India.

Hi everyone. I have applied for wes eca online but I did two blunders.
1. I did my b pharmacy from jntu hyderabad from 2006-2010.I have assumed my date of issue (12-4-2011) of original degree certificate to be year awarded and wrote 2011 instead of 2010. How do I change it now as I have already paid the fee?
2. I have applied for the normal courier service which takes 7$ rather than the speed one which takes 85$. Now my friend is saying that I should have opted for the speed service in the Wes application as it is taking too long with the normal courier service. How far is it true ? Kindly help me with your comments.

Queries to your question:
1. Dont worry, I had made the same mistake, WES will rectify it themselves. Since WES also sends a verification email to the university, they will rectify the date themselves.

2. There is no point paying 85$ since the hardcopy is not required for the creation of profile. You can download the soft copy from your account which contains the reference number. There is no need for a hardcopy.

Thanks a ton. I am relieved after your reply.

1. Not an issue. WES considers the date mentioned on your certificates.
2. You receive it in a week or so, it's fine.

However, since you are getting your evaluation done from WES, you can't use that ECA to register for licensure for Pharmacy. If you intend to get a license to practice pharmacy in future, you would need to get your credentials evaluated from PEBC.

Thanks for your reply . I was looking for teaching field so I haven't opted for pebc evaluation. However, If needed can I get it done later? What's your suggestion?

I would recommend a PEBC evaluation because there have been instances where WES has evaluated Pharmacy degrees as Bachelor degrees, which has lower points than Professional degree.

I have an Indian CA degree and BCOM (A&F) degree issued by ICAI.

The Bcom (A&F) degree is obtained in 1 year for members of ICAI.

How does WES assess this degree, has anyone have the same BCOM degree and got it evaluated by WES?

Thanks a lot. I am new to these procedures. Can we go for both Wes and pebc evaluation? My ph.d is almost done and i would be looking for researcher and academic positions and not pharmacist
