WES timeline for 2018

Mine:
-June 20th: Account created (Evaluation for Bachelor's and Master's Degree from the US) Side note: I submitted other degrees since I will be also applying for P.Eng on which I will be using the course-by-course evaluation for that process.
-July 5th: Documents Delivered
-July 9th (After 2 Business Days): Status changed to "Documents Received - Reviewing Documents"
-July 11th: Status changed to "Waiting for required documents" - I had to call and follow up with the site since there was confusion about my school name (it got merged and so transcripts are by the university's newer name).
-July 17th: Status update to the same "Documents Received - Reviewing Documents" - Still the same problem persisted so I called a second time.
-July 23th: Status update to “We are reviewing your evaluation report, due for completion on August 14th”

My Wife:
-July 5th: Account created (Evaluation for Master's Degree from the USA)
-July 7th: Documents Delivered
-July 8th: Made inquiry about transferring US account (Bachelor's Degree from Colombia) to the Canada account.
-July 9th (After 2 Business Days): Status changed to "Documents Received - Reviewing Documents"
-July 20th: First status update to the same "Documents Received - Reviewing Documents"
-No Further update yet as of today for her

All documents were reviewed and accepted.

Which degree(s) are you getting evaluated, btw congrats on your change of status.

Masters in HRM from University of Northampton, UK and BSc in Hotel Management from University of Calicut, Kerala, India. My BSc degree documents was sent very late from the university. It took them nearly 2 months from my application to sent to WES. and charged me nearly $200. Where as I paid only $15 for my Masters and documents reached WES in 5 days from my application.

It's been 16 days and they are still showing the same status. I think they are doing PhD on my documents and that is why they need more time.

Don't worry, from what I understand from others feedback and my own experience, they take around 14 to 15 business days exactly to change status to 'Evaluation in Progress'. Please wait till 31-07-2018 (Tuesday). Please let us know your status once it changes. All the best.

You should get the report by tomorrow. After this status change, my wife's ECA report came after a day.

Bachelors Docs (From India) delivered by courier on july 5th.
Masters Docs (From US) ordered on 26th june to deliver to WES (USPS First Class) No tracking number.

We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s) - Status again updated on july 16th.
