I applied in 2013 it nearly took 2 weeks for wes to complete but as ordered in india via regular mail it never came.
again i ordered duplicate and it reached within a week by courier.
almost 3weeks time if ordered by registered mail or courier.

I too changed the order by paying $113 with tax for express courier delivey just 1 day before order completion date.

Now Express courier it self taking 5 to 6 days to reach india !!!

today i got a mail that the report will be prepared by 23rd of may.

below is the mail

This is to advise you that WES has received all the documents required to prepare your evaluation report. The report is presently scheduled for completion on 05/23/2014.

does that mean WES has no objection in my docs and are preparing the report??
is it?

You can check yourself if your documents are accepted or rejected. Login to your account and click on Required Documents. You will find the list of documents you sent and the appropriate status next to it. If all are checked green then you are good.

I had a friend collect transcript from the college in a sealed and stamped envelope and courier it to WES. Without TRF. It was accepted by WES my evaluation is in progress with target completion date of 23/05.

Any by the way, it might take 7 to 10 working days for your report to be ready if all the documents sent by you are in order. So, I would suggest you to get ready with other documents for CIC in the mean time. I have everything ready including PCC except WES.

I did not include the transcript form but still my documents are accepted and my WES report is completed successfully. It depends on the country of your education. My education is from India and I think it is the same with you as well.

i have verified from all (matric fsc bachelor master )document attested in 2012...

You have to get them sealed from the University not by yourself. University will seal it and put the University's stamp/seal on the closed side of the envelope.

But still courier is trusted source for india cant rely on indian post
as courier can be traced.
