Hi Guys,

Do the Transcript has really to come from educational institution you had attended to?
What if you already got a copy of transcript of records? would that be sufficient or WES will not entertain?

it is strictly emphasized that transcript should be from the university/school

It mays vary by country, but this is what i did.
I got the small sealed envelop(Academic record request form + transcript inside) from uni. and put it in a big envelop (which has my uni. address printed on it). Then i sent it.

All my documents arrived on the 9th May.
Documents received- review in progress.
Stressful.

Did you send the diploma and the transcript of records at the same time on your own? or your education institution had sent out the transcript of records?

I sent separately. Basically, I sent what i had in my hand. My dimploma first, then my master course transcript+ the requesst form. And the last one was my bachelor 's degree transcript.
The university never sends document for any students, at least in my country.

I hate that wes does not allow the schools to just email or fax the transcript as acca said it would take up to 21 days to reach them and they refused to use courier service even though I said I would pay for it. Really worried about cap being filled

If all the documents are correct as per WES then the status will change to Evaluation in Progress. This will take another 3 to 5 days. The process should complete in less than 12 days.

Hello All,

I submitted application online and did the payment through credit card but after payment WES website gave server error. Payment has be deducted from my credit card but they didn't gave me any reference number. Now when i login to account it says to add reference number but i dont have any reference number. I have already called to WES and Customer Service told me that i should wait till tomorrow. Is it normal?. Please guide me what to do? Should i send documents without reference number?

I have the same problem. I paid yesterday morning, credit card was charged, but still no confirmation from WES. does anybody know how long the confirmation process take? 2 days? 7 days? And do they send mail? How do they let you know that payment has been approved?

Usually the confirmation is given immediately. If not then send a mail to WES indicating the time of payment. If you received a text message from your bank for the transaction, then it is wise to send the details in the text message as well. Usually for payment related info, WES will reply in less than 24 hours.

I am really frustrated about WES.

Still university didnt get any verification request from WES but they updated the status "Waiting for the verification from institution" from 2nd May

I have prepared all documents but Cant send it because of ECA report.

Anyone please suggest what to do

Usually the confirmation is given immediately. If not then send a mail to WES indicating the time of payment. If you received a text message from your bank for the transaction, then it is wise to send the details in the text message as well. Usually for payment related info, WES will reply in less than 24 hours.

no they dont. I've already tried to contact them and didnt succeed so far. Card was charged but no approval received. What does it mean? Is there any chance they dont accept some VISA cards? My VISA is not credit card, but debit card. I mean I paid from my own money, not bank's credit. Can it affect the payment and approval?

changed status to "evaluating docs" -as per WES..
they sent me email of confirmation and was told to wait for around 9 to 11 days more
