WES Education assessment before marriage name in marksheet/transcript

In the transcript which university have issued, my maiden name(before marriage) is mentioned, in all other doc including passport my after marriage name is mentioned.

While filling the WES form, should I fill the maiden name or after marriage name. If I am filling after marriage name, should I send a copy of my marriage certificate.

If I need to fill my maiden name only in WES form, how should I handle this while filling form for CIC EE.

I read from other posts that you can use your married name and send a marriage contract to WES.

however as for my case, i just use my single name and then when i apply to CIC, i will provide the marriage contract, since it is also a requirement.
