The English line is just so busy. In French you get connected within 5 minutes but then again the service is completely in French.
My ever big big huge question has been
They picked up suppose my package
It takes 10 seconds to declare whether it has a acceptable status or not
this sound really not fair logical?

Yes it is . I called them today they said if everything is fine 5-15 days then 35 days to get the report via electronically. No hard copies .
