Once an ITA has been received, do we need to send a WES Report electronically to IRCC? or since we created a WES Account for the FSWP program the online account suffices?

You can upload a copy of the ECA with your educational documents while submitting eAPR.

You dont need to send a WES report specifically. Upload it with your educational documents and they can verify themselves if needed.
