I got sealed and stamp envelope for my Master and graduation transcript/degree both from my respective university.
I am registering for WES no # now after getting the transcripted sealed envelope , so i just saw that WES form also has to fill and seal/sign and should be in same original sealed envelope of marksheet/degree.
Now i am in doubt if
1.Can i send my document without WES transcript request form. But do mention WES ref no# on top of Envelope.
2. Or to send them marksheet/Degree sealed envelope along with WES transcript form sign/stamp both together in Single envelope.
3. because Again go back to university just to sign/stamp the WES transcript form is another headache and time consuming process.
Pls guide me urgently.
