WES complete process

Hi there, I'm starting my process with getting accreditation from WES for my degree. I got some concerns regarding the translation. The photocopy from my degree that I send needs to be translated since I'm from a Spanish native language country. Who provides this kind of service in Countries like Latin America?? Lawyer? Notaries?

Also if you could extend a little bit in the explanation of the process.

You will have to go to Wes online to submit application. Your school have to send transcript to Wes and there is also a fee that you have to ay Wes but start by filling out your application on Wes online the rest ill be outlined.
