WES Academic Request form

Hi all,

I used the WES USA academic request form instead of the Canada form. Now i got it signed and stamped also. Is it ok if i send it to WES or should i redo the form again? The only difference i found was the address to post at the bottom of the page which was a USA address instead of Canada. I hope its fine.

You should change it. I think by contacting wes they can "switch" your account. If i rememver well a couple of people did that

I did the WES registration thing right. I completed the one for Canada itself. Its only that i printed the wrong Academic request form and used it to get the transcripts from my university.

if its easy to redo the form, do it. but the form is not mandatory and in no way impacts your evaluation. so even if you don't send the form its ok

Did you get your evaluation report successfull.I also did the same mistake
