I had my study visa applied through an immigration agent. Now I want to know which documents were submitted while applying for that visa. Therefore, I am trying to submit an ATIP request. Even though I am applying myself to access my own documents, it is still showing to option to submit a consent form. Do I need to do that as my study permit application also includes my family information in the forms? So do I need to get it signed from all family members whose info was included in the file?
