I have a question for a friend who along with her husband are planning on immigrating.
1. Both have Mumbai University bachelor's Graduation Certificates & She has Post graduation from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, India
2. She has a Executive Program Certificate from IIM Calcutta. Can she submit this?

Here are the queries.
Is the attestiion process changed on WES?
Should she submit the documents digitally or should she send it phyically?
should she send he exe cert as well?
