Weird email from the VO

Hi guys, my cousin has submitter her application for family sponsorship and got approved on Januaryy 26th. It reached the VO in amman and her husband revived an email asking for a medical request. Her husband already did a medical so she's kinda confused about what it may be.

The email is as follows:

Dear applicant

Your immigration medical examination result has been recieved, and in order to complete the assement, additional information is required.

Please contact the panel physician. Blah blah blah

You have 60 days to complete this request.

It was sent from the Canadian embassy in Romania even though her case is in amman. This is why we were confused.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. She wants to know if this is a good sign or bad sign. I told her usually medicals are the last thing during the process for the IO ( or from what I gathered reading this forum)

Again can anyone give their input? Thanks!

It sounds like there was something found in his medical examination that requires further tests. He should visit his panel physician as soon as he can to complete the additional test required.

Thanks! She just told me that when they did an X-ray they saw something in his chest and he has to go to a specialist and get things done. He did it 3 days of tests and then finally the panel physican finally signed off on his testing.

Either way she's making him go check it out again and get it figured out
