After covid-19, I feel it takes about a month to get their reply.
On Dec 9, I sent a webform msg, and got its reply in Jan 8 or so.

Lucky you at least got a reply. I sent webforms and I think they forgot to reply or respond at all.
Really frustrating situation!!!

If you successfully send the webform, they have received it. No need to send another one. They receive all, sometimes they just don't bother to confirm it.

If you want to send another webform, you can send it, just to be on the safe side. Their timeline is so messed up now
