Web Form File Size Issue

I’ve submitted a permanent resident application to sponsor my wife. I was asked to resubmit the imm5532 form. The file itself is 3.6MB and the web form only allows 2MB files each with a total of 3MB. I’m assuming IRCC should already know this so am I supposed to upload it through a different method? PDF compressors don’t work on encrypted files so I had no luck with that either.

Print and scan it, see what size that file is, if still to big scan on a lower resolution.
