I hope you have ordered your notes. Something is delaying your file if you got AOR2 in june. You would not be the first person who suddenly got a refusal for not sending in documents for a request you never received. Warsaw always asks for a new schedule A at least in the past year they have.

Everything has been uploaded. medicals Passed, Police check and Schedule A uploaded. Oct 12 Was sent to Warsaw Visa Office. Everything uploaded before the transfer. Application submitted July 20. So 6 months from the day Warsaw receives it? Omg.

Hi, mine says "We need additional document for furthur processing" ever since i uploaded my Representative form. Everything else was submitted .

Is it still showing “we need additional documents after you uploaded the requested documents? It should change to uploaded or no additional documents required.

Yes i uploaded it in advance. The deadline is December 12 or 14 . But it still says the same thing. Dont know why.

I appointed myself as the representative . I am my husbands sponsor. I already submitted that with my papers but for some reason they requested it again. Maybe i didnt complete it properly or something. I am really not sure.

Anyone else having this issue ? And i just recently got a new phone number . Do i need to update that and where should i ? Please let me know if anyone knows. Thank you.

Don't worry about your phone number as they will correspond with you via email. Yes it is normal.

I called many times till it went through, finally. Also told the agent to update it so now it is updated. Agent also sd that my status should have changed to No documents needed after 10 days of submission. So she advisrd me to contact Warsaw using webform to ask if they have recieved it. I doubt warsaw will actually reply.

Never got any replies from warsaw until the good news. I did see on my GCMS notes that they received the information I sent though. In our case we had the opposite situation in that it never showed additional documents required even though we saw the request in the GCMS notes. Maybe because we sent them before they asked in an email.
