Hello sir,
I have applied for Federal Skilled Worker PR Visa in August 2010 and i have been called for Interview on 3 January 2017 with my family and the interviewer told me that we will get response within 18-22 days but its been more than a year I haven’t got any answer from them
Please help me...

The processing time has shot up to 38 months; not sure when this happened though. Have you raised a CSE with your visa office on the status of the application?
