The time for new PRs has changed to 42 days

It says 6 weeks for mailing, but mine came in the mail about a week from being issued.

They have removed te mailing time. Its only 42 days.

Yes that's correct. They tend to discourage folks from calling them frequently. If its been more than the processing time, then they are usually more helpful.
I hope they answered all what you were looking for.

Yes and no. My card was mailed out on Sunday (?) but my daughter's is only 'ready for production'. Without both of them, I still have a problem travelling next month.
