Waiting for ppr ..but medical is expired soon !!

I received my gcms notes
Medical: passed valid date 5/16/2013
Elegibility: recommended passed
Criminality :in process ( new pp request and already document sent since march 6 2013)
Security : not started

My concern is my medicals are close to expire
is there any way they can give me an extension on medicals?
or maybe I have a decision made before this date ?
Any one have been passed for this situation?

1. The only way the medical will be extended as if it is the only outstanding item. Your security and criminality haven't been passed, so you will probably get another medical request.

I will take the opportunity to ask you a question.
My criminality have been in progress for a while (10 months)
And they recently asked me for new ppc .
Is any chance that background is just waiting for new ppc analysis to passed??
I mentioning this because in my gcms notes there is a note from
A VO that says criminality is pending on receipt new ppc ( it was before I send them)
Please ppm give me your opinion.
Or is posible to email them asking them if can I get an extension on medicals?
