CIC really beat us, the old cec, in each every step along the way......lol

For me :

PP sent : 12 Feb 2016
PP received by CIC : 15 Feb 2016 (On my visa, the issuing date is also 17 Feb. So it means they stamp the visa a few days after they get passport)
PP returned : 29 Feb 2016 (Canada post tracker activated)
PP delivered : 02 March 2016

It takes about 15 days to get passport back in my case.

I guess you can email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with details concerning your situation. Maybe this will help to facilitate your Visa processing.

trend looks like 10-11 business days. but why some of the early may guys didn't get their return tracking activated. this is something scares me. difficult to guess CIC working strategy
