I sent my passport on 3rd march , received at Ottawa on 6th march and still my return not been activated yet. when I track my return xpress mail it still says "Item accepted at the post office on 3rd march". Is it usual?

Your date doesn't seem correct.

First, you just sent your passport 3rd of March.
Second, you mention that tracker has not been activated. Why is there an update in the return mail?

Hey Cabalen, it's not an update. It was already there since the day I bought those Xpress post envelops. When I bought them, they must have scanned both but I m not sure. That's why I m confuse and wanted to ask someone who has received passport back.

Oh I see... now that's strange...

You only get an update on your tracker once your passports are already being returned.

Based from the timeline, you may received your passports today or early next week.

Sent passports out on March 16th, reached them on March 19th.

Return tracker was activated for BOTH envelopes when i bought them.

Tracker for return envelope shows "In Transit" and that's fine, it will update once immigration dispatches my passport.

My passport was received last March 5 and my tracker has not been activated yet. What's taking it so long!

Only the passports and the copy of the email.
