Seems like i will have no other options. What's the average time for passport return from Ottawa? When should I expect it?

Between 2-3 weeks. Mine was received on June 12th still waiting. Hopefully tracker gets active by the end of this week.

How long does it usually take to sent and receive the passports back? I sent mine from Dubai to London. It has been more than 2 weeks since they received it.

We received the mail showing that we can now send our passports but the name written in the email is different, if we will send our passport next week, how many weeks will they receive them and how many weeks can we receive our passports? I hope you can respond to my problem.
