My 15th day is today. Hopefully my tracker will activate tonight

It really depends. There is no fixed date that guarantees you will have you tracker activated.
If you check some previous posts, you will find that someone sent passport to CIC on Nov.6th and got tracker activated on Nov.15th.
My passport reached CIC on Nov.7th but tracker activated on Nov.22nd, not Nov.18th.

you are right, and i know someone whose passport reached on 15th and sent back on 21st, which is really fast. So it varies a lot.

Yeah.. plus CIC has been really weird with my file to begin with so it wont be a journey without weirdness in this stage either

My passport was received on 13th NOV. I am not sure what is the appropriate time frame to receive it back but I will start checking my return tracker after 2 weeks.

Have you applied with family ? how many family member ?

My passport received on Oct 24 and still my tracker not activated.... Sent three emails to cpp ottowa and no response from them.

Yes, we are two. Me and my wife.
It's frustrating, I know. They are not consistent with different applications.
Do you need your passport soon? If not, just a week more. They claim it won't take more than six weeks.

Thanks for the information... I do not need the passports soon and no travel plans... As you siad it it frustrating b'cos there is no updates from CPP Ottoawa... today I completed 5 weeks... Hopeing that my tracker will activate today or latest by tomorrow.

Any one who sent passports between Oct 20 to 30 and waiting ?
