I can't figure out the return tracking thingy.

I have just send my passport with the return envelope folded. (crap!! i forgot to put my application no. on the address slip!) Anyways. i was checking both of the tracking numbers on Canadapost website.

The first one - which is going to Ottawa - is ofcourse showing as Accepted.

The return envelope's tracking number - is Not Found ..Is this ok?

And how will i know when the return envelope is dispatched? I thought i could leave my email on canadapost website and they will email me as soon as its scanned for return. Isn't that the way?

This is normal - the tracking number won't be activated until it is sent through Canada Post again.

Yes, i did. It was in the body of the message. So I printed the email and then filled the details inside it.

No, i haven't responded to the email yet. I will respond once my passport reaches - or is about to reach, then i will send the reply, with the bio data, height + eye color info.

Nope. I never got the Biodata form earlier. Also i paid the RPRF in advance. CIC's email acknowledged the payment.

I see...I got the Bio Data and RPRF request earlier and got the Bio Data form again along with the PPR request. I sent a hard copy of the Bio Data form along with the passports and replied to the PPR email that I have sent the Bio Data form via canada post along with the passports.

The best way is to install canada post app in your smartphone where you can add both tracking numbers.. you will get tracking number not found till it is received by Canadapost...

I sent my PP from U.S to Ottawa on the 15th Aug ..It was received on the 16th Aug. and I got
it back stamped with COPR on the 27th August....Please add me
