Just wanted to share that my passport tracking got activated yesterday at 6:00 PM (ET), I sent my passport on July 8, they received it on July 10th

Got PPR on July15th , PP sent to Ottawa July 17th and received by CIC on July 18th.

Yes seems like JP5777 is the only officer still working.
Guys can you all tell us who is your visa officer. I think that might give some light about how long it will take to get the pp back.

I have different VO no. on the emails I have received over the last few months...but the last one says DM5578....

Is it EM5578. If it is, then mine is also the same. I just got a email reply back from EM5578. saying

Please be advised that both passports have been received . Documents will be issued and sent back to you shortly.

Yes it is..sorry for the spelling mistake....when diz you send an email to CIC inquiring about ur PP status??? should i send an email as well inquiring about the status???

I would wait until this week ends. Since the VO is working, most probably we will get our passports back soon.
