Mine got activated. I don't have the exact date though as I coursed it through my lawyer. My educated guess is around May 21/22 or 23. The lawyer is expecting to get it tomorrow.

would it be wrong to assume ~ 10 calendar days of processing time for Passport stamping after CIC gets the passport ? Or is the avg wait time longer ?

there is no fixed time but according to the posts here it is between 10-15 days

when the passports return trackers get activated would the time stamp be on Ottawa time Zone? if it is 16:01 is that local Ottawa time?

Got PPR on may 27th and passport was recieved by CPC-O on May 29th.
Today ECAS has been updated to " 4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Is this an indication that the visa got stamped today?

Our timeline is exactly the same we got the same message so i don't think there is any problem let's hope for the best....so God Help Us All.
