Anyone's tracker get activated today yet?

How long does it take to get the passport from the time the tracker is activated? Mine got activated on 28th March (Friday) but I am yet to get it...

kprs, we are talking about Canadapost trackers for return mail from Ottawa. I'm not sure what the process for VFS is.
