I applied for my mum's citizenship in October 2017. the processing started on 30th october 2017. The CIC website says that the processing time is 1 year. my mum got her citizenship test call on september 13,2018. The case processing officer asked my mum to provide Police Clearance of Saudi Arabiaas she had been travelling there quite frequently. As you know that the bi-lateral relationships of Canada & Saudi Arabia are strange. so arranging a police clearance is not possible,
I sent the letter the very next day presentint the situation. Since then i havent got any reply.
