Waiting + 3 months since test/interview to DM. Anyone else?

family application was received on 27-April-2017.
it took about 8 moths to get an interview on Dec-2017.
up until today we are still in process for more than 186 days.
very frustrated, tried to call the IRCC and they in return sent a note to the local office, and I used the web form to inquire about the reason of the delay. unfortunately i received no reply at all. No more documents are requested, no communication from any kind and the file is just setting there !!!

Try to get help from your local MP, at least they can get a reason from CIC to you.
how can I do that? should i go to the MP office or should I call and book an appointment?

No ATIP is a different departement, plus you got ATIP now but it was generated few weeks ago. It's a coincidence

However, the notes says that on 7/12/2017. Fingerprint was required. I didn't receive any requests. see below:
Also during the interview with the office on 2/3, she noted that FP required. Yet, I didn't receive any requests until today. See below:
Every time i called I asked them specifically if there is a FP required or anything needed from my side. The answer was always no. I'm beyond PISSED.
