waited for 9 months for AOR

I am also an in-land OPNP applicant.
MY application was received by CIO on August 18th.
Still no AoR!!!!!

That is weird. I know applicants who applied in August and got their AOR in Jan 2015!I dont know how CIC works!

Most of them are from other provinces. The majority of August 2014 Ontario applicants still have no AOR.
