Visitors Visa (TRV) Processing time 2016 India

Hi friends,
My sister has applied the TRV for my mother online from Canada on 25th Jan 2017. Yesterday on 8th Feb'17 we got a reply from CIC in our online account to provide the proof of relationship (Document proving relationship with inviter/family member i.e my sister). Can you pls guide what kind of proofs we can provide to visa office.
Proofs which are avaible with us are my sisters passport which is having my mothers name without surname.

Pls guide us to provide the solid documents to prove the relationship.

What did you submit to get a passport for your sister (i.e. without a birth certificate)?

Does her school leaving certificate state your mom's name?
You can submit a copy of your sister's passport (which has both your parents' names) + your parents' marriage certificate

But here is the tricky thing,
From Blue Dart tracking ID we found that passport went to Bangalore from Hyderabad for stamping and came back from Bangalore itself.
But in Visa Place of Issue is written as Chandigarh ,i thought it would be Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Does anyone knows about this . Is it valid if Chandigarh is written in the Place of Issue although my passport went to Bangalore ?

Your TRV is perfectly valid regardless of which visa office issued it.

It shows 'Chandigarh' because your online application was processed by the Chandigarh visa office i.e CHD VO made the decision on your online application.... and the Bangalore VO only stamped your passport after this decision was made

"Visa application, tracking ID No.xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 10/02/2017 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website."

How do I track their passports??
Please do help me if anyone knows.

Did you drop your application on Jan 27 or it was received by Bangalore embassy on Jan 27 ?

It is so much faster.....It says 24 days processing time but your parents's applications were processed in 10 business days ONLY !! Cool !

Estimated processing times are in calendar days, not in business days. This is good because one does not have to check for weekends/holidays
