Visitor visa or supervisa for parents?

Hi all,
My husband (who is PR in Canada from 2 years) wants to call his parents here. We have a house here, and both of us are working. My in laws do have property, land in India. We are not sure when they will be coming(2022 or 2023). They will come and go however they like.
Which visa is better for them? Also, do we have to pay health insurance for 10 years if they get supervisa?

You would need to pay the insurance premium upfront when they apply for their supervisa. There will be an expiry date of the visa if approved. Depending on the expiry date, they may or may not be able to travel in 2023.
