Hi All,

Need your help and inputs. I want to apply for TRV. I want to know how a housewife can show ties to the Country of residence.
I don't even do a business. I do not have any loans, neither any property on my name. Is there any chances of getting TRV approved with this case? I have sufficient money in my account. My husband also can spend for me on my visit with no issues. He too has enough fund in his account.

Now please let me know how I can show ties to my country and get the TRV approved. Please guide me.
Thanks in advance to all of you :)

nothing wrong in giving a try! they look for family ties, employment status, funds, travel history, immigration status in country of residence, relationship proofs, purpose of travel, length of stay, other visas or applications in process or approved ever or refused ever etc etc. you have to explain everything very well. and convince the officer that you will return to your country. Add your family ties to make your case strong.

hope this helps

Good Luck!!

Hello Everybody,

I am currently sponsoring my husband, already got our AOR2. I lost my pregnancy 3 weeks ago and am going through a real nightmare, so we decided to apply for a visitor visa for him. I am always reading the posts here and we had all the necessary documents attached. Except for required documents we also had the supporting letters from the doctors.
But my husband's TRV application was rejected by the Moscow Embassy last week. The only ridiculous reason mentioned there is "Family ties in Canada and in country of residence". We got refused in 1 day .
Can anybody explain what could be done in this situation? Is it possible to get some explanation from the Embassy or get them review the case? I am really desperate at the moment and would appreciate any suggestion on this case.

TRV is hit or miss and has a lot to do with luck.

The refusal will not affect your sponsorship application.

Just put your best application in and hope for the best.

I had my 12 year old step son refused for a summer visit by Moscow. The reason "purpose of visit" I can think of no more stupid excuse than that. I feel for you but do not have a lot of faith in the Moscow office. I was so shocked and really believed they were joking that I applied again after reworking the application. Same result.
