I'm here on a student visa that I just renewed. I'm living with my spouse who has PR.
We have a child that has a visa that expires within 2 months. I have 2 questions, hope you help me answer them:
- Is visitor visa the best option. (We will be filing for sponsorship within a few months and I dont want my child to have invalid stay)
- If we submit application online, what can I right when it comes to signiture, my name or the childs names
