Visitor Visa Approved (Visa Number Generated) but showing Background Verification in Progress.

My passport is submitted to IRCC since 21 May 2025.
On online portal, VISA is approved even via number is generated however background check showing 'In Progress'.
What does it mean?
I think background verification happens before approval and visa number generation.

Can any one help? I am waiting for my passport collection.

It will take at least 3 weeks from the date it reached IRCC office delhi to receive back passport
So you should get some update next week
